Dear intranet users,
the following rules of conduct are intended to help ensure polite treatment among the users of the YA4D and to avoid data misuse.

Therefore we ask you

not to pass on the access data to third parties.
not to pass on any information or personal data without the consent of the author.
to note that every user is responsible for the content sent under their own access code.
to check for whom the respective information is really relevant and which is the appropriate place in the YA4D for it (e.g. housing offers / searches or event notices)
not to send any discriminatory, abusive, threatening, offensive or defamatory content or in the discussion forums or to be published on other YA4D sites.

In the event of a conflict, to check whether a personal contact (private e-mail, telephone call or private meeting) is the more suitable form of further communication.
to respect personal rights and to adhere to trademarks and copyrights.
To formulate articles briefly and concisely and to label them with an appropriate subject line in order to make the information clear for the reader.
not to introduce viruses or other programs into the intranet that could cause damage in any way.
